Powdered coffee products have had different kind of processing where it is unavoidable that the quality is effected.
Using fresh coffee would be the ideal product however this is often not economical. If freeze concentration is used a coffee concentrate can be obtained with better economics which makes it feasible to use top quality coffee extract for products like "canned coffee" and coffee ingredients.
